The Arts Drive is scheduled for September 23rd, 11-5pm, an opportunity for you to show, sell and interact with your
audience and other artists! Use this opportunity to explore new techniques and get early audience review!


TIMING
 The Arts Drive will take place one day only, on September 23rd, with September 24th as a rain date if required.
 The displays must be set up by 10:30 am, ready to welcome visitors from 11 pm to 5 pm.


LOCATIONS
 Arts Drive will be curated for a spectacular representation of our local artists.
 This is a primarily an OUTDOOR event, although some hosts may allow inside displays.
 The boundaries for the Arts Drive locations are within Port Credit between the Q.E.W. & the Lake and Benson Ave &
Seneca Avenue. Artists that live outside these boundaries are welcome to apply, if accepted, we will find you a
spot. Like wise if you are within the boundaries and feel you have extra space and could accommodate another
artist, please let us know below. Ideally you should be able to accommodate 4 to 5 artists at each location


PROMOTION & ADVERTISING
 Some signage will be provided and downloadable invites, maps and posters will be on our website for each artist to
distribute to their mailing lists. The onus will be on each artist to promote this event on their social media and to
their mailing lists, as will AOTC.

  • return completed/signed registration form, Waiver of Liability and Rules of Participation
  • artists will be notified July 14th if you are accepted to the Arts Drive. At that time your entry fee will be due.


COST
 The cost to participate is $50 for AOTC members and $75 for non-members. Entry fee is non-refundable. AOTC
may consider a refund if there are extraordinary circumstances.
 Entry Fee can be paid either by e-transfer to contact@artsonthecredit.ca or you can mail your cheque to “Arts on
the Credit,” to Elysia Prokopetz, 1306 Monaghan Circle, Mississauga, ON L5C 1R8. NSF Cheques (insufficient
funds) will be subject to a $50 penalty.
