Zohra Zoberi’s short stories, poetry and plays have been published in numerous anthologies in Canada and the USA. Previous banker, she won the Top National Sales Award from CIBC. Artistic Director of Bridging the Gap Productions with a mission of Enlightenment through Entertainment she has staged five socio dramas in Mississauga. Winner of Marty’s Literary and two Performing Arts Awards, she also addressed cyber bullying; sexual harassment; woman abuse & marital issues. For raising inter-cultural awareness, Zohra has received recognition awards from the Governments of Ontario and Canada. Two books to her credit are: “True Colours” (poetry) & “Window Shopping” For lasting Love. Zohra is now completing her memoir “The Other I”, a compelling story of a Mississauga resident since 1976. Supported by Micro grant from the Mississauga Arts Council In 2018 US based, International Association of top professionals (IAOTP) selected her as the Top Artistic Director of a non-profit organization, Bridging the Gap Productions.
