Sahar Golshan is the author of the debut picture book So Loud! Illustrated by Shiva Delsooz, So Loud! will be published with Annick Press on March 19, 2024. She is the winner of the Marina Nemat Award for Creative Writing in Non-Fiction and the Air Canada Short Film Award. Her writing has appeared in Room, Taclanese, Shameless, The Ampersand Review, and Tongues: On Longing and Belonging through Language. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Guelph. She has had the pleasure of teaching at the University of Toronto and the University of Guelph. A passion of hers is facilitating workshops in community settings such as the Toronto Public Library. Click here to learn more about her.
