Country Singer-Songwriter Bree Taylor has just released her latest single, “I Regret You” – out now on streaming platforms!

From Bree Taylor:

“Even though I like to live my life without regret (because I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and I have come out of this a much stronger, wiser and a much more evolved version of myself on the other end) I am still allowed to say that I Regret You.🖕🏻

Abuse comes in so many different forms. Narcissistic abuse is something else. Something sinister. It crawls into your life unexpectedly and takes a hold of you slowly. It is like a virus, adapting to you, learning and taking control until you’re trapped in it and trauma bonded so you can’t escape. Escaping is the hardest thing to do. The longer you’ve been in it, the more intertwined you are with the host, the harder it is to leave. It is probably the most debilitating and heartbreaking thing to endure with someone you love. Even harder to understand unless you’ve experienced it personally.

If you have been or are involved in a narcissistic relationship or a relationship with ANY form of abuse. Please seek help. There are so many resources available. I know how hard it is but I PROMISE YOU, it gets better.

Let this song be your hope. Your light in your darkness. I am here for you. My heart goes out to you. I am sending you so much love and strength. Know that you deserve better. Know that you are worth so much more than what they are giving you. You are worthy of a pure, honest, CALM love🩵 Love yourself enough to know this and walk away. I promise you, it will be the best thing you ever do for yourself.”
