“At the top of this session, Nik Nanos presented the latest findings from the Arts Response Tracking Survey (ARTS), focusing on attracting and retaining new audiences.
Together, we explored how audiences are approaching arts and culture spending and how it fits into their broader leisure budgets. We looked at expected attendance, key factors influencing decisions, and how audiences are discovering cultural activities. We also uncovered what has attracted first-time participants, what they enjoyed, and how these experiences are shaping their future engagement with the arts.
