The City of Mississauga is seeking local musicians interested in performing in a summer concert series in Streetsville and Port Credit through July and August.
The 2022 Summer Concert Series will include evening concerts Sundays at Port Credit Memorial Park and Fridays at Streetsville Village Square.
Mississauga-based musicians can apply, as well as musical groups with at least 50 per cent of its members residing in Mississauga.
The city said it will make exceptions for non-Mississauga groups collaborating with a Mississauga-based organization.
There will be a payment of $550 to each musician/band for each performance.
