Ink Movement has opened its submissions for its annual Mississauga Youth Anthology!
Since 2012, Ink Movement has strived to give young artists and writers a larger platform for them to share their work. They’ve published multiple anthologies filled with incredible art and writing created by Mississauga youth.
The theme of this year’s anthology is Adapting. They are seeking work that covers the topic of dealing with life changes (or alternatively, COVID recovery). If you’ve got art or writing related to that theme, send it to them! They are accepting the following from Mississauga youth aged 12-24:
- Poetry (35 lines max)
- Prose (700 words max)
- Digital artwork (300 PPI min)
- Photography (300 PPI min)
- Photos of visual artwork (eg. sketches, drawings, paintings)
The deadline to submit is 👉MARCH 15, 2023.👈
