Living With Wellness Festival is happening this summer in Mississauga, On to celebrate 75th International Yoga Day in partnership with 75 yoga & wellness, community and cultural organizations. Event highlights include publicly guided yoga, art and cultural performances from 250 local artists on the main stage ending with ending with Bollywood Designer Dinesh K Ramsay Fashion Show with Pooja Batra as showstopper and live music band.

Day 1 – The Arts Festival at Celebration Square, Mississauga

It is a celebration of the richness and diversity of culture and creativity present in the community. It will encompass the wide variety of contemporary and traditional art forms to connect the community together.

The event features include an Opening Ceremony with dignitaries, Yoga on the Square with Hollywood/Bollywood celebrity Pooja Batra to celebrate International Yoga Day and India’s 75th Independence Day with 75 yoga/community organizations; Cultural Performances by talented local groups; Fashion Musical Show by Bollywood Designer Dinesh K Ramsay with Pooja Batra as the showstopper; and lastly, Music Rock Concert by local artists and band Sargam Studio Band.

There will also be a vendor marketplace of diverse booths on a first come first serve basis, offered both in-person and online.

10 AM – 11 AM: Open Stage Yoga

12 PM – 2 PM: Opening Ceremony, then Yoga on the Square with celebrity Pooja Batra and 75 organizations

2 PM – 7 PM: Cultural Performances

7 PM – 8 PM: Fashion Musical Show with designer Dinesh K. Ramsey and showstopper Pooja Batra‍

8 PM – 10 PM: Music Rock Concert
