Connecting Mississauga to the arts, and the arts to Mississauga and beyond
Join Martys HUBIn this workshop series, individuals on a road of recovery from addictions, mental health challenges or grief will creatively take the next step in their wellness. Using evidence-based wellness planning tools combined with narrative and expressive art therapies, participants will envision their highest potential and optimal health and learn to embody it in everyday life. Upon completion of the workshop series, participants will have created one visual art piece and one literary piece representing their unique journey to wellness and recovery.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Teneshia T. Samuel (Hon. B.A., M.A., M.A., RYT 300) is a lifetime resident of Mississauga. Teneshia is a certified Narrative Therapist, Mental Health Peer Support Counsellor, Educator and Artist.
