Join us for an energizing fitness class that combines bodyweight exercises, Pilates, and mat work to strengthen and tone your entire body. This class is designed to build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance, using minimal equipment so you can focus on controlled movements and body alignment. Whether you’re looking to improve posture, increase muscle endurance, or simply get a full-body workout, this class offers a variety of exercises suitable for all fitness levels. Bring your mat and get ready to feel stronger, longer, and more centered!

MEET TAYLOR!

Taylor Bojanowski is a dancer, choreographer and teacher based in Mississauga. In 2017 she graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University Performance Dance Program, where she studied under the direction of Vicki St.Denys. Taylor was the 2017 recipient of the “Theatre Dance Program” award at TMU. Initially, she dedicated herself to classical ballet, but soon discovered her passion for contemporary dance. Throughout her professional training she has had the pleasure of working with many prominent instructors such as Vicki St. Denys, Tanya Evidente, Karen Duplisea, Kenny Pearl, Louis Louberge-Coté. Taylor also had the privilege of working with choreographers including James Kudelka, Peggy Baker, David Earl, Roberto Campanella, Robert Glumbeck, William Yong and Kevin O’Day. Taylor was a company member with ProArteDanza.

Taylor loves teaching. She is an award winning choreographer and teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience who is always looking forward to working with dedicated and passionate dancers. Her goal is to create a positive and open environment to help people feel confident.
