Jaimie Poon is a singer-songwriter most known for her pure vocal tone and delicate lyricism. Her music is often described as a smooth, soft, and comforting blend of RnB/soul and jazz pop. She released her debut EP “Ines, My Dear” in May 2021 which caught the attention of listeners from Spotify’s “Fresh Finds”, “Fresh Finds: The Wave”, and “Butter” Playlists. Three years in the making post “Ines, My Dear”, her album “Between Us Being” is set for release in 2024. The project is a 10-song body of work that explores the liminal space between heaven and earth, and the paralleled experience of the “in-between state” before falling in love. “Colours in Reverse” is the first single from the album that captures the nuances of ambiguous loss processed in a liminal space.
