| The Ontario Arts Council (OAC) has partnered with leadership advisory firm Odgers Berndtson in the recruitment for two senior leadership positions: Director of Granting Reporting to the chief executive officer, the director of granting will lead and manage the OAC’s core arts advancement function. Director of Public Affairs, Communications & Research Reporting to the chief executive officer, director of public affairs, communication & research will lead the development and implementation of OAC’s strategic plan, logic model, performance metrics and priorities. This role entails overseeing communications with three critical external stakeholders – the arts community, government and the general public, while simultaneously managing internal communication with the board of directors and staff.
