We chatted with the theatre’s Artistic Director, Jasmine Sawant, about the festival and the need for theatre in multiple languages. About the Mississauga Multlinugal Fringe Festival.
The MMFF is an uncensored, non-juried theatre festival, bringing together emerging and established artists alike to tell their stories on stage. The participants to the MMFF are drawn through a lottery process. The MMFF provides a safe space and incorporates inclusivity, diversity and multiculturalism, into all aspects of the festival.
