Music Canada, in collaboration with the Diversity Institute at Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers School of Management, has launched a new research study on Diversity and Inclusion in Canada’s Music Industry.

This survey intends to gain a deeper understanding of how sustained action in support of the values of equity, diversity and inclusion can better serve the music community by identifying diversity and inclusion gaps.

Artists, creators, and music industry professionals are encouraged to participate in the survey linked below:

This survey is conducted by Ryerson University, who will keep the data collected by the Survey confidential (and protect the privacy of participants).

Any disclosure of results will be in the aggregate, without any individual identifying information, and will meet other confidentiality obligations set out in relevant privacy laws.
