Throwback to when Martys HUB Reporter Gladys Lou visited Lakefront Promenade Marina to check out the ‘Collaborative and Community-engaged Research’ event as part of UTM Blackwood Gallery’s ‘Nearshore Gatherings’ series.
The series focuses on intersecting the various worlds that coexist at Lake Ontario’s shore. Areas of interest include Indigenous culture in relation to water, the general ecosystem surrounding the lake, and more, all in the interest of environmental activism and stewardship.
